Michel Vaissaire

Founder and Director

Michel Vaissaire has been the Founder and Director of MVCMI (Michel Vaissaire Conseil-Manager-Investisseur) since 2012.

Prior to this, he held several executive positions with French and international groups, such as Saint Gobain and PPG.

From 2007 to 2020, he was CEO, and then Chairman of the Board up until 2024, of DIAM which designs, develops and implements merchandising, store layout and niche packaging solutions.

Michel was a member of CroissancePlus (he was Vice-Chairman from 2016 to 2019) and has been a member of APM (Association Progrès du Management – Club Paris Ouest) since 1999.

Caroline Fagard

Development Director

Caroline Fagard brings more than 25 years of experience in product and service development and business development in the industry and consulting sectors.

She started her career with a consultancy firm specialising in innovation and commercial development, working alongside several leading French groups. She then joined an international industrial group to work on the development and launch of new products in previously untapped sectors. She subsequently took over business development in France for several international consulting firms, before founding her own consultancy to provide business development support for other consulting firms.

In September 2024, Caroline Fagard joined MVCMI to develop new venue concepts for hosting companies and private individuals.

Roudolph Grigorian

Project Manager

Roudolph Grigorian has been a high-level chess coach since 2016. After becoming the French under-18 champion in 2013, he started coaching promising young French players at the Créteil chess club while also studying for a Master’s degree in wealth management.

Between 2016 and 2024, his students obtained 6 French championship titles and the team holds the “Top Jeunes” title, the highest youth division in France.

Roudolph Grigorian also coaches company executives. It was in this context that he met Michel Vaissaire in 2020.

In September 2024, he joined MVCMI to develop new venue concepts for hosting companies and fostering intellectual curiosity by organising conferences on topical themes, as well as chess events.
