20 years of development

MVCMI initially invested in DIAM, an international group, partner to beauty and luxury brands, with 50 years of experience in retail which designs, develops and implements merchandising solutions, store layout and niche packaging.

Michel Vaissaire was DIAM CEO from 2007 to 2020 and Chairman of the Board up until 2024. A French company in difficulty at the time of its acquisition in 2007, DIAM became a global leader of merchandising solutions for retail environments in 2020, with a presence in 25 countries and more than 3,000 employees.

MVCMI also has minority stakes in unlisted companies in various sectors, including an online art gallery, café-workshops, a visual communication and signage professional, and several private equity investment funds.

Today MVCMI is embarking on a new phase of investment and is currently working on the development of several projects, including:

-The launch of conference/seminar venues in central Paris designed for companies and their executives and provide them with rich and innovative content.

-The launch of seminar venues and/or retreats for private individuals in protected natural environments in Europe.

-As well as support and investment for social and societal initiatives.
