During his 30 years of experience in management, Michel Vaissaire has gradually shifted his focus from pure performance to the development of the individuals who contribute to this performance. His approach is based on three pillars:

  • Enhancing the leader’s vision through concrete examples
  • Deepen the analysis to ensure better understanding
  • Encouraging a change in perspective.

He firmly believes that a company’s transformation involves the transformation of its leader, provided that he has a genuine wish to evolve. His objectives include identifying strategic levers, developing teams’ skills and creating conditions favourable to continuous learning. By focusing on a few “essentials”, a leader is able to initiate virtuous cycles of growth and development.

Michel Vaissaire has been advising executives and coach since 2012. He trained in coaching with Catherine Chavigny from 2014 to 2020, then with HEC (2023 – Advanced Professional Coaching Certificate) to pass on to a new generation of leaders the insights his experience as an entrepreneur has provided him with as much in terms of achievements as setbacks.
